Hi, I'm Irelynn Rose.

I'm 6 years old, and I was diagnosed with Diamond Blackfan Anemia or 'DBA' when I was five weeks old, a condition where my bone marrow doesn't make red blood cells. Although I appear normal and act very much like a rowdy 6 year old, I require blood transfusions every 3 or 4 weeks to survive and have had over 100 blood transfusions to date! Thanks for taking a look at my page and helping support our cause. We hope to raise money making a difference, giving it to the doctors and scientists that need funds to research DBA.

Team Irelynn, Inc. is committed to helping find a cure for Diamond Blackfan Anemia.

We Need Your Help

Because of the rarity of DBA, the support of our families and friends is important and essential. Your tax-deductible donation is an endorsement of our mission, and will allow us and the DBA Foundation to continue supporting DBA patients and all their needs. We sincerely thank you for your time, your support, and for giving hope to all DBA families.

For Research, For Hope – Commited to helping find a cure for Diamond Blackfan Anemia – Give life, Donate blood.

More About DBA

Diamond Blackfan Anemia (DBA) is an extremely rare pure red cell anemia resulting from a failure of the bone marrow to make red blood cells. Basically this means Irelynn's body doesn't make red blood cells, which is why she has to get blood transfusions every month in order to survive. We are forever grateful for blood donors giving our daughter LIFE!
